Please be advised that DSPerformance.com will authorize your credit card when you place your order. Once we are satisfied your order is fulfilled, we will capture payment. If there is a delay expected due to stock availability or the item is considered a special order, a DSPerformance.com representative will communicate with you to obtain your permission to place the item on back order or special order. Only then your credit card will be charged.
At times, your order can qualify as a special order. When an order qualifies as such we communicate directly with the manufacturer. Please note that it is impossible for DSPerformance.com to know when a part will be special order. We will take the time to contact you to discuss the situation. The time it takes to deliver the product to the customer depends on the time it takes the manufacturer to build the product and ship it out. This can be days or weeks or more and the time it takes is completely out of the hands of DSPerformance.com.
Database and Product Images
Please note that product images do not always reflect the actual part. Customers must ensure that the part they want is correct by referencing the part number and comparing it to the manufacturers website if needed. If customers order a product based solely upon an image look and it does not fit their vehicle they may return the product within 30 days but DSPerformance.com will charge the initial shipping fee plus the return shipping cost and any restocking fees that apply.
